Our mission at SBP is to build and offer a welcoming fitness community for every client to feel confident, inspired and cared about. We offer classes and private training for your level of fitness and discipline of choice.
CURRENT OFFERINGS
Traditional Barre
A 60-minute Traditional Barre class focusing on each muscle group with small isometric movements using various weights, bands and balls and basic ballet movement.
Barre Express
A 45-minute class that condenses our Traditional Barre Class in to a fast paced workout.
Barre Express Sculpt
A 45-minute full body workout focused on core and body muscle strength using weights, bands and balls with larger movements and spurts of cardio.
Barre resistance strength
Our Barre Resistance Strength Class is taught in the Barre Express format using a variety of resistance training techniques and bands.
Barre functional strength
A 50-minute full-body strength workout designed to complement your Barre, Pilates, and Yoga practice through functional strength training in a supportive, small-group environment. This class focuses on building strength, stability, mobility, and proper movement patterns to help improve performance in daily life, outdoor activities, and other workouts while supporting injury prevention.

reformer pilates
Reformer Pilates is a full-body, low-impact workout using a reformer machine. Reformer machines use spring resistance, a sliding carriage, straps, and pulleys to strengthen and lengthen muscles, improve flexibility, and enhance core stability. Reformer Pilates is amazing for its ability to tone, align posture, and support injury recovery—all while being gentle on the joints. It’s suitable for all fitness levels and can be customized to meet individual goals.

ABOUT KAREN
Owner and Founder of Summit Barre & Fitness Karen Frasier has been instructing group fitness classes since 1981 after retiring from a successful gymnastics career.
Opening LA Fitness locations in California and Arizona in the 80’s and 90’s lead to developing early circuit training formats and innovative group fitness classes. In 2013 the combination of Barre and cardio training lead to the dream of opening her own studio.
Moving full time to Summit County Colorado in 2019 opened the door to making this dream happen.


I have been taking Barre and Barre Bounce classes for two years with the goal to get in shape for my wedding that we were finally able to have in January 2022! It worked! Pictures looked great.
